-200 grams of powdered sugar
-200 grams of butter
-baking powder (or a pinch of bicarbonate + a pinch of ammonia)
-300 grams flour or more if need it
Mix 200 g of butter, with 200 g powdered sugar, then add one yolk at a time, vanilla, lemon zest, baking powder. Kneed well, chill for 2-3 hours. Make small balls and bake. Do not open the oven for the first 5 minutes. They should not brown when they are done.
After cooling, sprinkle with: 6-8 tablespoons sugar, 2-3 tablespoons cocoa, 2-3 tablespoons water
Mix sugar, cocoa and water and boil until it starts to boil a bit. Cool a bit and then sprinkle the cookies placed side by side.
Leave them for 12 hours, then glue them together with the same composition, or with apricot jam.
